Managing Your Account Pt. 3

My Communication History

From the ‘Communication History’ tab you can view all communications from customers. 

The ‘Filter By’ feature gives you the option to filter communications by Email ID or Content.

Settings

Selecting ‘Settings’ will display a slide-out navigation pane. You have three options available to you: Profile Settings, Shipping Settings and Connect to Stripe.

Profile Settings 

Here you have the options to add/update social media profile links, contact information, shop title, company banner image, company logo and more.

Shipping Setting

Under this setting, you will input the shipping origin details, meaning  where you will be shipping the artwork from.

Payment Settings

Connect To Stripe: Msanii HOUS uses Stripe as our payment partner. You will need to create a Stripe account or you can connect your current Stripe account to Msanii HOUS. 

Clicking the ‘Connect with Stripe’ button will begin the process to connect your account and receive payments when you sell your art.
