How will my purchase be delivered?

Please visit the specific selling partner's page for details on how your purchase will be delivered. Our partners are responsible for shipping and are provided with the proper guidelines for packaging and shipping as well as recommendations for the best artwork shipping services.

Depending on the type and size of artwork and the selling partner's preferred shipping method, you can expect your purchase to arrive in a sturdy cardboard box, a heavy duty mailing tube or a wooden crate.


What should I do if my Credit Card or PayPal payment won't go through?

Trouble with a Credit Card Payment

If your credit card payment won't go through, try resolving the issue using the steps below. If the issue is still not resolved, please contact your credit card provider or bank for further assistance.

Ensure the information you've entered is correct:

  • Is your billing address information correct?

  • Is the security code (CVV code typically at the back of the card) correct?

  • Is the expiration date on your card correct?

Your bank may be trying to keep you safe from fraud:

Online purchases with a high value can trigger an anti-fraud alert with your bank. In such instances, the bank may need you to contact them to let them know it's actually you making the high value purchase. You can then finalize your transaction.

Make sure you know how much you can withdraw each day from your bank.

If your bank has daily withdrawal limits, like most do, they might temporarily block your account once that limit is reached. This can occur even if you have enough funds to cover your high value purchase.

Trouble with a PayPal payment.

The best way of addressing a PayPal payment issue is to contact PayPal directly through their website. Due to their anti-fraud measures, PayPal can prevent a buyer from paying for a purchase every now and then.

Do I need to sign up for an account to buy the artwork?

You do not need to have an account to make your purchase. You will still receive notifications and updates even if you don't create an account. If you wish to leave a review however, you would need to create an account.


How do I order my original artwork?

To begin creating your order, simply hover your cursor over the desired artwork or click on it to select it.

When you hover over the artwork, an 'Add to Cart' button will appear. Click on the button. This will add the artwork to your cart.

From this point, you will see an option to 'proceed to checkout'. Once you select that button, you can then input your shipping information, review your order and make your payment!

If you click on the artwork itself , a new page will appear that includes the description of the original artwork. Simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button.

NOTE: Taxes, if any and international customs fees will be included in your total amount, along with the shipping costs.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email notification that includes your purchasing details. When it ships, the selling partner will send your tracking number and information.


Where will my artwork be delivered from?

All artwork will be shipped straight from our partners. Our partners have been provided with the proper guidelines for packaging and shipping as well as recommendations for the best artwork shipping services.


What's the process of removing artwork from my cart?

To remove artwork from your shopping cart, click the shopping bag icon at the top right hand side of the website.

Then, click the 'Go to cart' button.

Identify the specific artwork you would like to remove and either click the trash can icon immediately to the right of the artwork or change the quantity to zero and select 'Update shopping cart'.


Is there a tax or customs fee?

Depending on your location and the location where your artwork is shipping from, taxes may be applied to your purchase. Rest assured that any taxes or customs fees will be charged during the purchase so that you're not concerned about paying them later.

Sales tax within the United States

Depending on the location your purchase is shipping from, a sales tax may be applied. This is also dependent on the state's tax policy. You will be able to see any tax information during checkout, before you pay for your artwork.

Value Added Tax - VAT

Value Added Tax may be included if your artwork is being shipped outside of the United States. You will be able to see any VAT information during checkout, before you pay for your artwork.

Customs Fees

For international shipping of artwork, international customs fees may be applied to your purchase. This is dependent on the location of the selling partner as well as the location of the recipient.
